Who we are

Tao Organ

A graduate of Humber College’s Environmental Civil Engineering program, Tao has always been interested in how design and materials affect the environment and the people living in it.

With 20+ years in carpentry, Tao has a wide range of building experience. Starting out working on crews doing full gut renovations in Toronto, then moving on to high end custom homes and renos in Victoria B.C. before finally returning to the Ottawa Valley to help build super efficient/green homes for a local design/build company. For the past six years Tao has been taking on his own projects, using his experience in construction and knowledge of building science to help customers envision and complete a wide variety of projects.

Andy Trull

Andy has honed his design/build skills over 20+ years including carpentry, natural building, landscape and ecological design. From 2015-2025 he has worked with Ottawa Valley Community Arts as Co-Artistic Director and led technical design and installation of public arts works around the Ottawa Valley, including the Pop Up Art galleries and installations. Andy appreciates new developments in building science alongside traditional building practices. He is an owner-builder of his home outside Killaloe, which includes a design studio to meet with clients and a workshop for custom build projects.
